Fly fishing is an angling method in which an artificial 'fly' is used to catch fish. The fly is cast by using a fly rod, reel, and a plastic coated line which is heavier than regular monofilament. Casting the nearly weightless fly or 'lure' requires a special casting technique and an especially light rod. Fly fishermen use hand tied flies that resemble natural invertebrates or other food organisms, or 'lures' to provoke the fish to strike.Fly fishing can be done in fresh or salt water. North Americans usually distinguish freshwater fishing between cold-water species (trout, salmon, steelhead) and warm-water species, notably bass. In Britain, where natural water temperatures vary less, the distinction is between game fishing for trout or salmon and coarse fishing for other species. Techniques for freshwater fly fishing also differ with habitat (lakes, small streams and big rivers.)The above definition of fly fishing is a short translation for myself.  The definition equals a collaborations of feelings and enjoyments in every moment.  From the travel time with friends and family to the individual evaluation of every cast.  Fly fishing is truly a wonderful activity in so many different ways.  I hope that everyone that enjoys outside activities would at least give fly fishing a single chance.
