Carol has been with Don Basch Jewelers for over 17 years!   She works behind the scenes and handles our quality control ensuring your repair is exactly what it should be when you pick it up.  Carol also handles our ordering and shipping. If phone communication is needed you will likely hear nice voice on the other end of the phone.  She also works the sales floor in her spare time!  

On a personal note, Carol is married to Tim for 34 years and has 3 grown children, Kim (married to Matt), Adam (married to Colleen), and Greg (married to Natalie).  She is also a grandmother (no way)  to Grant
